RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce is looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented Database Marketing Analyst to join our marketing operations team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a collaborative environment, enjoys working with data, and is passionate about supporting targeted marketing efforts through precise campaign execution. Responsibilities:
* Partner with marketing teams (segment, channel, and campaign execution) to gather list requirements and deliver accurate, timely campaign lists
* Build and manage campaign populations for multi-channel marketing initiatives
* Collaborate with Segment Marketing to document campaign list specifications and coordinate with Channel Marketing to ensure smooth delivery and issue resolution
* Provide insights into campaign populations and performance
* Act as a liaison between marketing and analytics teams to facilitate data exchange
* Serve as the primary point of contact for campaign data needs across marketing functions
* Establish and maintain coding and development standards to ensure consistency
* Lead quality assurance efforts for campaign development and execution
* Continuously seek guidance and direction for complex data tasks and solutions
REQUIREMENTS:
* Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Computer Science, or a quantitative field from an accredited four-year institution preferred
* 2+ years of hands-on experience with SAS
* Solid understanding of Unix AIX operating systems
* Proficiency in Oracle SQL and tools such as TOAD
* Strong work ethic, reliability, and a collaborative mindset
* Openness to change and a proactive approach to process improvement and automation
* Advanced SQL and relational database skills
* Proficiency in SAS or similar statistical/data analysis tools
* Strong skills in UNIX and Windows environments
* Expertise in data manipulation, preparation, and presentation
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Access
* Understanding of marketing campaign concepts and customer segmentation
* Experience with campaign management tools is a plus
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Proven track record of on-time delivery for campaigns and projects
* Strong grasp of direct marketing and campaign management principles
* High ethical standards and sound business judgment
Preferred Qualifications:
* Familiarity with the utility or deregulated energy industry.
* Understanding of Texas utility market protocols (e.g., TX SET)
The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.
We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
