Title: Supply Chain Analyst/ Data Analyst - Remote
Location: Remote, Will consider candidates anywhere in the US; however, they must be flexible for all domestic and international time zones due to deployment needs.
Duration: 12 Months with possibility of extension based on demand
Schedule: Standard, Mon-Fri 8am - 5pm EST. Flexibility will be required for deployments in global time zones.
100% Remote
Monday to Friday, 8 AM 5 PM EST (flexibility with working hours required)

Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Supply Chain Data & KPI Analyst (SME) to join our growing Requisition to Pay COE team. The role will be leveraging deep understanding of data analysis within supply chain requisition to pay to guide improvements in data validation parameters and Key Performance Indexes across Businesses. This role involves collecting, understanding, analyzing, and interpreting data from various sources, providing insights, verifying data mapping rules, and advising on data-driven strategies for data validation parameters and KPIs.

Responsibilities:
  • Effectively work in a matrixed team of Functional Analysts, Project Data Leads, Value Stream Leads and Business Data Management Manager in support of specific business RTP S4HANA ERP global deployments.
  • Utilize extensive knowledge in supply chain data analysis to guide improvements with data validation parameters.
  • Collect, analyze, and interpret raw data from various supply chain sources.
  • Design, implement, and maintain databases and analytical solutions using several tools (excel, Power BI, Python, etc)
  • Identify, analyze, and interpret trends or patterns in complex supply chain data sets.
  • Develop and implement data collection systems and processes that improve data validation parameters and KPIs.
  • Collaborate with internal customers and other stakeholders to identify opportunities for parameters improvement.
  • Conduct training and workshops to educate employees about supply chain data validation parameters and KPIs analysis and usage.
  • Research and build a detailed understanding of the problem and related data assets in order to present the data processing and analysis.
  • Ensure that the data used follows the compliance, access management, and control policies of the company while meeting the data governance requirements of the businesses.
  • Work with technical groups to support the validation collection, integration, and migration of the data sources.
  • Apply data visualization and summarization techniques to the analytical results.
  • Effective oral and written communication with the ability for analyzing, slicing, and dicing data while deriving significant insights.
  • Proven ability to adjust quickly to shifting priorities, multiple demands, ambiguity, and rapid change.
Education and Experience:
  • Minimum Bachelor's degree required (Master's degree preferred, if applicable) in Supply Chain, Mathematics, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5+ years experience with supply chain procurement/planning processes and analytical experience with ERP systems (i.e.: SAP ECC, S4H, Peoplesoft)
  • Proven experience as a Data Analyst or similar role within supply chain.
  • Strong knowledge of and experience with reporting packages, databases, and programming.
  • Knowledge and experience of analyzing and interpretating large datasets.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy.
  • 5+ years of experience as a Data Analyst or in data analysis
  • 5+ years of experience with ERP systems, preferably PeopleSoft, S4 HANA, or SAP ECC
  • Experience extracting, summarizing, and generating reports from ERP systems
  • Supply chain/procurement experience is preferred
  • Minimum Bachelor's degree required, preferably in Supply Chain, Mathematics, Computer Science.

  • Strong background in data extraction and summarization and generating reports.
