Job Details
- Design, develop, and implement solutions using ServiceNow ITOM (IT Operations Management) and ITAM (IT Asset Management) modules.
- Lead and mentor a team of developers to ensure successful delivery of projects.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Customize and configure ServiceNow platform to meet business needs and improve IT processes.
- Manage integrations with other systems and tools to enhance ServiceNow functionality.
- Perform troubleshooting, debugging, and optimization of ServiceNow applications.
- Stay updated with ServiceNow best practices and industry trends to drive innovation.
- Strong experience in ServiceNow ITOM and ITAM modules, including discovery, event management, CMDB, and asset management.
- Proficiency in ServiceNow scripting (JavaScript), workflows, and UI customization.
- Hands-on experience with ServiceNow platform configurations, including catalog items, business rules, and notifications.
- Knowledge of ITIL processes and IT service management (ITSM) principles.
- Previous experience leading development teams and managing end-to-end ServiceNow projects.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
