Roles & Responsibilities:
- Work with CIO Directorate customers and stakeholders to identify, document, and mature requirements and use cases for RPA and Intelligent Automation.
- Support, enhance, and implement the RPA technology lifecycle process, enabling the development of a use case from ideation through O&M.
- Develop approved, testable, and executable use cases in the BEP-required ELC documentation format for the development team.
- Assist in the configuration, testing, and training of users on newly developed RPA/AI solutions.
- Participate in the evaluation and prototyping of new tools and capabilities to support business objectives.
Required Qualifications & Experience:
- Proven ability to translate business processes and needs into clear, concise technical requirements and user stories.
- Experience creating process lifecycle documentation and training materials.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with an ability to understand and deconstruct complex processes for automation.
Preferred Qualifications & Experience
- Experience in a U.S. Federal government environment.
- Direct experience as a Business Analyst on a UiPath implementation project.
- Familiarity with Agile/SAFe methodologies.
Education: Bachelor's Degree

Years of Experience:
- 5+ years of experience in a cloud-based RPA/AI environment.
- 3+ years of experience developing technical requirements, supporting product development, configuring, testing, and training users on cloud-based RPA/AI implementations in the commercial or government sector.
