Job Title: Data Center Technician (L3-L4) / Lead Technician
Location: Southeastern Wisconsin
Schedule: 3x4x12 rotating shifts (A/B Days/Nights)

About the Role
We're building a skilled team to support a high-impact GPU cluster deployment project in a large-scale enterprise data center. This is a fantastic opportunity to work with advanced hardware, contribute to a dynamic environment, and grow your career in data center operations.
Responsibilities
- Troubleshoot and support large GPU deployments in an enterprise data center environment
- Install, label, and stage power and networking cables (Cat5/Cat6, fiber)
- Perform diagnostics, hardware startups/shutdowns, and decommissioning tasks
- Conduct physical audits and follow standard operating procedures
- Collaborate with team leads and technicians to ensure smooth operations across shifts
Qualifications
Lead Technician
- 5+ years of leadership or management experience in data center environments
L4 Technician
- 5+ years of dedicated data center experience
- Strong troubleshooting skills, especially with GPU deployments
L3 Technician
- 3+ years of hands-on data center experience
General Requirements
- High school diploma or GED required
- Associate's degree in computer programming or equivalent training preferred
- Basic knowledge of servers, hardware components, and Microsoft Office tools
- Strong communication, time management, and problem-solving skills

- Sunday-Tuesday & every other Wednesday | 6 AM-6 PM
- A Side Nights:
- Same days | 6 PM-6 AM
- B Side Days:
- Thursday-Saturday & every other Wednesday | 6 AM-6 PM
- B Side Nights: Same days | 6 PM-6 AM
Top Skills
- Data center deployment and troubleshooting
