Work Arrangement: Onsite - Hybrid
Client Industry: Fortune 500 Financial Services
Duration: 12 Months Contract
Schedule: Monday to Friday, standard business hours


About the Role:


We are hiring a Tableau Developer to join our client s BI & Data Management Technology team on a contract basis. This is an exciting opportunity to work with one of the most innovative financial services organizations in the U.S. You ll help drive advanced dashboarding, AI-enabled reporting, and automation initiatives across multiple business units.


Key Responsibilities:



  • Design, develop, and enhance Tableau dashboards using Tableau 2024 or newer (including embedded AI capabilities).

  • Build and maintain data management tools and visualizations for enterprise-wide reporting.

  • Partner with business and technology teams to gather requirements and deliver scalable BI solutions.

  • Leverage Python to support automation use cases where applicable.

  • Utilize scripting APIs (JavaScript API, Data Extract API, REST API) to integrate and optimize Tableau solutions.

  • Collaborate with team members to drive adoption of AI and automation across BI workflows.


What We re Looking For:



  • 5+ years of experience as a Tableau Developer.

  • Hands-on experience with Tableau 2024 or newer, specifically versions supporting Tableau AI.

  • Strong skills in Tableau development, data visualization best practices, and performance optimization.

  • Experience with Python for automation (highly preferred).

  • Experience with Hadoop, Oracle, Teradata, or Netezza is a plus.


Certifications (nice-to-have):



  • Tableau Desktop Specialist

  • Tableau Server Certification

  • Strong communication, analytical thinking, and stakeholder management capabilities.

  • Financial industry experience is a plus.


Compensation:



  • Hourly Rate: $60.00 $62.00 per hour

  • This range reflects base compensation and may vary based on location, market conditions, experience, and candidate qualifications.
