Senior Business Analyst
Toronto, ON (4 days onsite mandatory).
1. Senior Business Analyst Capital Markets/Real Estate
- Strong experience in gathering business/user requirements, creating user stories, and UI/UX reviews
- Must have Capital Markets and/or Real Estate domain experience
- Strong SQL, data analysis, and communication skills
- Experience as a Scrum Master is preferred
2. Senior Business Analyst Public Markets
- 7+ years of experience with Public Market domain exposure
- Strong knowledge of Agile/Scrum, API/web solution design, microservices
- Skilled in user story writing, SRS, UML, and process documentation
- Calm, proactive, and team-oriented mindset
3. Business Analyst (With PM and Scrum Master Skills)
- 8+ years of BA experience with trading technology exposure
- Strong knowledge of investment/trading workflows
- Experience working with traders, engineers, and using Jira/Confluence
- Ability to lead/mentor BA teams and manage agile delivery
4. Lead Business Analyst Trading Tech (Public Market)
- Collaborate with trading and operations teams to build solutions
- Strong process design, system specification, and risk/control analysis
- Work with engineers and architects to deliver high-impact solutions
- Prior experience with capital markets and investment domains required
