  • Senior US IT Recruiter 10+ years of proven experience in US staffing, recruitment & sales (C2C, W2, H1B, OPT, vendor management).

  • Junior US IT Recruiter 4+ years of strong experience in end-to-end US recruitment (sourcing to onboarding).

  • Shift: Night Shift (aligning with US EST/CST hours)

  • Type: Full-time

  • Location - Bangalore - Local Bangalore Candidates Only
  • All 5 days onsite

Required Skills & Experience

  • Strong experience with US staffing, C2C/W2 recruitment, H1B, OPT, TN, hiring

  • Hands-on with job boards (Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder, LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed)

  • Knowledge of VMS portals & direct client/vendor management

  • Excellent communication, sourcing, negotiation, and relationship-building skills

  • Track record of submittals interviews closures
