  • Support or co-manage data feeds and external integrations (e.g., Salesforce Core, Commerce Cloud,
  • CDPs, product data)
  • Use REST/SOAP APIs or automation activities to facilitate syncing and triggered campaigns
  • Work with dev teams to ensure data flows align with campaign needs
  • Consent & Preference Management
  • Contribute to development or optimization of a preference center or consent mechanism using CloudPages or external data sources
  • Ensure opt-in/opt-out preferences sync across systems and support regulatory compliance (CAN-SPAM, GDPR, CCPA)
  • Platform Enablement & Best Practices
  • Document technical implementations, logic frameworks, and naming conventions
  • Contribute to process improvements, reusability efforts, and scalable development patterns
  • Assist in mentoring junior team members or offshore developers when needed

  • Proven experience managing Data Extensions, relational data models, and contact schemas
  • Comfortable acting as SFMC platform administrator, managing permissions, BUs, and configuration
  • Familiar with APIs, external data feeds, FTPs, and SFMC integration flows
  • Strong attention to detail, QA process, and documentation
  • Excellent collaboration and communication skills across technical and marketing stakeholders

Preferred:

  • Exposure to Salesforce Core (Sales/Service Cloud) or Salesforce Commerce Cloud
  • Familiarity with preference center setup or consent compliance workflows
  • Salesforce certifications (Developer, Consultant, or Email Specialist)
