Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled Integration Lead/Developer to join our team in a fully remote role. The ideal candidate will bring strong expertise in Integration Management, with advanced proficiency in Core Java and Microsoft Azure SQL, along with experience in Apache JMeter for performance testing. Prior experience in Utilities (Electric, Gas, Water), Oil & Gas, or ADMS projects is required to succeed in this role.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and execute integration design, development, and deployment across enterprise systems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define integration architecture, data flows, and performance benchmarks.
- Develop and optimize Java-based integration components to ensure high performance and scalability.
- Implement and manage integration workflows in line with project and business requirements.
- Perform data modeling, optimization, and troubleshooting using Microsoft Azure SQL.
- Conduct performance and load testing with Apache JMeter, ensuring integrations meet SLA and quality standards.
- Provide technical leadership in identifying, analyzing, and resolving integration challenges.
- Support end-to-end delivery of ADMS or Utilities-related integration projects, ensuring compliance with business objectives.
- Maintain technical documentation, integration design specifications, and performance reports.
- Mentor junior developers and provide guidance on best practices for integration development and testing.
Qualifications
- Expert proficiency in Integration Management (design, development, testing, troubleshooting).
- Advanced proficiency in Core Java (object-oriented programming, multithreading, exception handling, performance tuning).
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Azure SQL (queries, optimization, troubleshooting).
- Intermediate proficiency in Apache JMeter (performance testing, scripting, reporting).
- Experience working in Utilities (Electric, Gas, Water), Oil & Gas, or ADMS projects is mandatory.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to issue resolution.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills in remote working environments.
