Job Description:
Business Support Lead will provide strategic and operational support to the Business Manager, enabling effective execution of high-priority initiatives and enhancing the ECPMO s capacity to drive enterprise-wide change. The ideal candidate is a dynamic business athlete with consulting experience, preferably in the banking sector, who can quickly adapt, learn, and deliver high-quality strategic materials.
Key Responsibilities
This will be project administration work. Not Sr. level PM s, this person is going to be doing a lot of the administrative tasks, but still need seniority and the ability to jump into the organization. Banking experience is preferred.
  • Strategic Support: Partner with the ECPMO business manager to develop and execute strategic initiatives, providing analytical and operational support to advance ECPMO objectives.
  • Presentation Development: Create executive level deck presentations to communicate project updates, strategies, and outcomes to senior leadership and stakeholders.
  • Execution and Coordination: Assist in managing and tracking key projects, ensuring timely execution and alignment with organizational goals, while delivering executive-level outcomes through exceptional written and verbal communication skills, execution and alignment with organizational goals.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate across cross-functional teams to gather insights, align priorities, and produce actionable deliverables.
  • Operational Support: Provide support to ECPMO business manager, handling ad-hoc tasks, conducting research, and preparing materials to iterate and improve processes built within the ECPMO organization.
Qualifications
  • Experience:
o 3+ years of consulting experience, preferably with a top-tier consulting firm.
o Prior work in the banking or financial services industry is highly preferred.
o Proven track record of delivering strategic projects in fast-paced, complex environments.
o 5+ years working in Excel
  • Skills:
o Exceptional ability to learn quickly and adapt to new challenges.
o Advanced proficiency in building polished, executive-level deck presentations (e.g., PowerPoint, Excel, Office).
o Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a strategic mindset.
o Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with diverse stakeholders.
o Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver under tight deadlines.

Education
  • Bachelor s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field. Advanced degree (MBA, Master s) is a plus.
