Description
5 years of experience in process modeling and business process management
Experience in IT service management transformation projects
Proven track record in documenting and designing IT processes
Experience with IT service management frameworks and tools
Proficiency in process modeling tools and notation standards
Strong analytical skills to identify inefficiencies and propose improvements
Exceptional communication and facilitation skills to engage stakeholders

Key Responsibilities
Engage with process owners and stakeholders to map and document existing IT processes
Identify undocumented processes through interviews and workshops
Capture process pain points and inefficiencies
Collaborate to design streamlined future-state processes
Propose process improvements for efficiency and automation
Facilitate workshops to validate findings and gain buy-in for designs
Create high-quality process documentation

Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in IT, Business Administration, or related field
Relevant certifications such as ITIL, BPMN, Lean Six Sigma are desirable
5 years of experience in process modeling and business process management
Strong organizational skills to manage multiple process streams
Ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
