FishEye is seeking highly motivated and experienced Software Engineers to join our radar systems development team. In this role, you will plan, design, develop, test, and integrate advanced radar software and system solutions, contributing to the success of critical defense programs and the development of next-generation radar technologies.
As a Senior Software Engineer, you will collaborate within cross-functional, Agile teams to deliver high-quality software throughout the entire product lifecycle - from architecture and design to integration, testing, and ongoing field support. This role requires a strong background in radar software development and DevSecOps practices.
This position requires an Active DOD Secret Clearance and is 100% on-site in Woburn, MA.

Required Skills
- Bachelor's in Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics (STEM) and 5+ years of prior relevant experience
- Experience in C++ and/or Ada software development in a Linux environment
- Familiar with radar systems and radar software development
- Strong understanding and practical application of DevSecOps practices
- Hands-on experience with CI/CD pipelines, configuration management, and version control tools (ClearCase,SVN, Git)
- Experience developing software for real-time operating systems (RTOS) and embedded platforms
- Excellent communication and team collaboration skills
Desired Skills
- Proficiency in Perl and Python
- Experience with Missile defense programs and large-scale radar systems
