Job Title: SAP BRIM Consultant

Location: Remote

Duration: Long Term Contract

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced SAP BRIM Consultant to support the implementation, configuration, and enhancement of our SAP Billing and Revenue Innovation Management (BRIM) solutions. The ideal candidate will bring deep technical and functional expertise across the full BRIM suite including SAP SOM, CC, CI/FICA, and Subscription Billing, and be able to work independently in a fast-paced, client-facing environment.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the design, configuration, and deployment of SAP BRIM modules: Subscription Order Management (SOM), Convergent Charging (SAP CC), Convergent Invoicing (SAP CI), and SAP Contract Accounts Receivable and Payable (FICA).

  • Gather and analyze business requirements and translate them into technical solutions within the SAP BRIM ecosystem.

  • Develop and support interfaces between BRIM and other systems (e.g., CRM, ECC, S/4HANA, third-party systems).

  • Work with technical teams to develop custom enhancements, reports, and integrations.

  • Ensure high performance and reliability of billing and invoicing processes.

  • Support system testing (unit, integration, and UAT) and resolve any issues.

  • Provide technical documentation and training to end users and support staff.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Finance, IT, and Operations.


Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Minimum 8 years of experience in SAP with 5+ years in SAP BRIM.

  • Strong hands-on expertise in one or more of the following:

    • SAP Subscription Order Management (SOM)

    • SAP Convergent Charging (SAP CC)

    • SAP Convergent Invoicing (SAP CI)

    • SAP FICA

  • Experience in integration with SAP S/4HANA, SAP CRM, or third-party systems.

  • Solid understanding of pricing models, mediation, invoicing, and dunning processes.

  • Experience with ABAP is a plus (not mandatory).

  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex system issues.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.


Preferred Qualifications:

  • SAP BRIM certification(s) is a plus.

  • Experience in industries such as telecom, utilities, media, or high-tech where subscription billing models are common.

  • Exposure to agile methodologies and DevOps practices.
