RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has a client in West Des Moines, IA that is seeking a Salesforce Technical Lead.
Responsibilities:
* Lead design, development, and implementation of Salesforce solutions (Financial Services Cloud, Service Cloud, Omni-Channel)
* Provide technical leadership and mentorship to Salesforce developers
* Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and define project scope
* Architect scalable solutions using declarative tools, Apex, Lightning components, and integrations
* Implement data integration patterns between Salesforce and external systems
* Conduct code reviews and enforce coding standards
* Stay current with Salesforce releases and recommend new features
* Support Agile processes (sprint planning, backlog grooming, reviews)
* Serve as a subject matter expert on Salesforce architecture and solution design
* Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues to ensure system stability
* Implement CI/CD pipelines using best practices
REQUIREMENTS:
* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
* Salesforce certifications (Platform Developer, Technical Architect, System Architect) preferred
* 8+ years of Salesforce development experience with complex projects
* Hands-on experience with Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components, Salesforce APIs, and Salesforce DX
* Proven leadership and mentoring skills
* Strong communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences
* Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
* Experience in Agile environments; Familiarity with Azure DevOps
* Passion for innovation and continuous learning in Salesforce technologies
The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.
We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
