Job Title: Python SRE Engineer
Location: Austin, TX
We are seeking a skilled Python Developer with strong Kubernetes experience to join our team in Austin. The ideal candidate will have a solid foundation in software development and a keen interest in Site Reliability Engineering (SRE). This role offers the opportunity to work on scalable infrastructure and contribute to the reliability and performance of our systems.
- Design, develop, and maintain Python-based applications and tools.
- Build and manage containerized applications using Kubernetes.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure system reliability and scalability.
- Participate in incident response and root cause analysis.
- Contribute to automation and monitoring strategies.
- Support cloud infrastructure (AWS/Google Cloud Platform) as needed.
- Strong proficiency in Python programming.
- Hands-on experience with Kubernetes in production environments.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS or Google Cloud Platform.
- Prior exposure to SRE practices or willingness to transition into an SRE role.
