Overview:

We are seeking an experienced OpenText VIM Support Analyst to provide day-to-day operational support for a global VIM environment. This role involves monitoring system performance, troubleshooting issues, and resolving incidents in coordination with business and IT teams. The ideal candidate will be well-versed in VIM workflows, configurations, and user support, and demonstrate strong customer service and urgency in issue resolution.

Responsibilities:

• Monitor system functions, including inbound and outbound VIM integrations.
• Troubleshoot and resolve incidents raised via ServiceNow within defined SLAs.
• Provide user support and guidance on VIM navigation, workflows, and customizations.
• Collaborate with business units such as Accounts Payable, Procurement, Finance, and Tax.
• Raise and manage cases with third-party vendors including SAP and OpenText.
• Support integration scenarios involving SAP Ariba, Fieldglass, and S/4HANA.
• Contribute to system improvement projects and VIM workflow enhancements.

Must-Have Skills:

• 3+ years of experience in supporting or implementing OpenText VIM.
• Strong knowledge of VIM workflows, configurations, and user navigation.
• Familiarity with document integrations via email channels (OCR).
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to identify escalation paths and engage the appropriate teams quickly.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with EDI integrations (e.g., Ariba, Fieldglass).
• Proficiency in English; Portuguese or Spanish is a plus.
• Exposure to Agile methodologies is a plus.
