Requirements:
-
3 or more years of experience implementing Kainos for Workday change management.

Proficiency in tuning and administering the Kainos tool.

Experience with Workday system analysis and change management processes.

Experience in training end-users on Kainos functionality.

Experience with scoping review processes within Kainos.

Experience in project management or business analysis methodologies.
-
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Responsibilities:

Tune the Kainos tool to optimize Workday change management.

Train client staff on effective use of the Kainos platform.

Help scope the boundaries of system reviews within Kainos.

Provide expert guidance on Kainos implementation best practices.

Serve as the primary analyst/administrator for the Kainos platform.

Support the client's Workday change management processes.

Document Kainos configuration and usage guidelines.
