Scrum Master

Position Overview:

We are looking for an experienced Remote Scrum Master to facilitate Agile development processes, coach teams, and ensure the successful delivery of projects. The ideal candidate will be a servant leader with excellent communication skills, capable of fostering a collaborative environment and removing impediments to progress.

Responsibilities:

Facilitate daily stand-ups, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives.

Act as a coach and mentor for Scrum teams to implement Agile best practices.

Remove obstacles and impediments that hinder the team's progress.

Collaborate with Product Owners to manage backlogs and prioritize work.

Promote continuous improvement within teams.

Ensure teams adhere to Scrum processes and principles.

Track and communicate team progress and metrics to stakeholders.

Foster a collaborative and high-performing team environment remotely.

Support the organization s Agile transformation initiatives.

Requirements:

Proven experience as a Scrum Master or in a similar Agile role.

Strong understanding of Scrum, Kanban, and other Agile methodologies.

Excellent facilitation, coaching, and conflict resolution skills.

Ability to work effectively in a remote environment.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Relevant certifications (e.g., Certified ScrumMaster (CSM), PMI-ACP) are a plus.
