Job summary:
Join a leading global consulting firm as a Technology Delivery Lead focused on Salesforce Sales Cloud, Territory Management, and Einstein Analytics. This role involves designing and integrating Salesforce solutions that support key business objectives, streamline internal processes, and provide insights through dashboards and reporting tools.
Responsibilities:
- Design and deliver customized Salesforce solutions
- Drive automation and CRM best practices
- Administer, maintain, and troubleshoot Salesforce platform
- Build out dashboards, report, and ensure data quality
- Engage with stakeholders to define and execute delivery plans
Qualifications:
- 8+ years in Salesforce Sales Cloud
- 8+ years in Territory Management
- 6+ years with Einstein Analytics or Salesforce Einstein Vision
Skills:
- Proven technical leadership in system implementation
- Experience in enterprise integration/ETL tools
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
Top 3 Required Skills:
- Salesforce Sales Cloud 8+ years
- Territory Management 8+ years
- Einstein Analytics (Salesforce Vision) 6+ years (expert level preferred)
Ideal Candidate Profile:
- 10+ years technical delivery experience
- Strong Salesforce admin/configuration background
- Experience leading CRM implementation and optimization
- Capital Markets or Private Equity domain experience
- Skilled in stakeholder engagement and reporting/dashboard creation
- Exceptional communication skills
Disqualifiers:
- Lacks core Salesforce experience
- No Einstein Analytics background
- No technical implementation/delivery track record
