Are you the strategic test architect we ve been searching for? At AEP, we re on a mission to transform the grid and we re looking for a visionary ADMS Test Architect to lead the charge in test strategy and execution. Our current test leadership needs a bold technical counterpart someone who doesn t just coordinate, but leads with confidence, depth, and domain mastery.

This is your opportunity to step in, take charge, and define the testing future of our ADMS transformation.

What You ll Do

  • Architect and lead end-to-end test strategy for complex ADMS implementations

  • Be the go-to expert for testing across OMS, SCADA, and Distribution Management Systems

  • Design, document, and own the full testing lifecycle: from requirements validation to final go-live

  • Work closely with program leadership, vendors, and cross-functional teams to ensure quality, resilience, and readiness

  • Mentor and elevate the testing practice across the program be the strategic testing brain in the room
