Job Description:

SAP S/4 Project Manager

We are seeking a seasoned SAP S/4HANA Project Manager to lead complex, large-scale S/4HANA implementation projects. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of successfully delivering SAP projects, strong technical expertise in S/4HANA, and exceptional project management skills. Should have S/4 implementation experience with JIRA and Agile methodology. Pharma, GxP experience required with PFF / Tolling process flow experience as added advantage.

Key Responsibilities:

Project Leadership:

Own the overall project lifecycle, from initiation to closure, ensuring adherence to project methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, or Hybrid).

Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.

Develop detailed project plans, work breakdown structures, and timelines.

Manage project resources, including team members, consultants, and vendors.

Monitor project progress, identify risks and issues, and implement mitigation strategies.

Conduct regular status reviews with stakeholders, including executive sponsors and business users.

Technical Expertise:

Possess a deep understanding of SAP S/4HANA modules and functionalities.

Lead the technical design and configuration of S/4HANA solutions.

Oversee data migration and integration activities.

Ensure adherence to best practices and industry standards.

Stakeholder Management:

Build strong relationships with key stakeholders, including business users, IT teams, and executive sponsors.

Effectively communicate project status, risks, and issues to all levels of the organization.

Manage expectations and resolve conflicts.

Change Management:

Identify and assess change impacts.

Develop and implement change management strategies.

Provide training and support to end-users.

Quality Assurance:

Ensure adherence to quality standards and testing procedures.

Conduct thorough testing and validation of S/4HANA solutions.

Qualifications and Experience:

12+ years of overall IT experience with a minimum of 5+ years of hands-on experience in SAP S/4HANA implementation projects.

Proven track record of successfully delivering large-scale, complex SAP projects.

Strong understanding of SAP S/4HANA modules, including Finance, Logistics, and Supply Chain.

Excellent project management skills, including planning, scheduling, risk management, and change management.

Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.

Excellent communication and presentation skills.

Certification in SAP S/4HANA or other relevant certifications is preferred.
