Job Details

Develop and configure ServiceNow modules for CMDB, APM, HAM, and SAM products.

Build and optimize workflows for CMDB, APM, HAM, SAM, and Contracts Management.

Troubleshoot ServiceNow platform issues and provide technical solutions.

Write and maintain ServiceNow scripts for various ITAM functions, including CMDB, APM, HAM, SAM, and Contracts Management.

Understand and apply ServiceNow schema for ITAM-related modules.

Collaborate with functional and technical consultants during requirements gathering and sprint design sessions.

Participate in all phases of the application development lifecycle, from design to deployment.

Ensure compliance with ITAM policies, procedures, and best practices.

Support continuous improvement initiatives and process automation within ITAM.

Provide technical expertise for integration, upgrades, and enhancements of ServiceNow ITAM modules
