Role Overview:

We are looking for a Digital Data Product Analyst & Engineer to own and optimize our digital data ecosystem. This role is critical to ensuring that digital data is complete, high-quality, and accessible for reporting, analytics, and AI initiatives. The ideal candidate will assess gaps in data availability, improve observability through our data literacy tools, and collaborate with KTOS and other stakeholders to enable data-driven decision-making across the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

Data Ecosystem Assessment & Enablement
  • Evaluate the current digital data landscape to identify gaps in coverage, quality, and accessibility.
  • Define and implement strategies to ensure required digital data is available for business needs.
  • Partner with KTOS to enable digital data for reporting, analytics, and AI use cases.

Data Quality & Governance
  • Establish standards and processes for data quality, completeness, and observability.
  • Monitor data pipelines and ensure compliance with governance and security requirements.
  • Drive initiatives to improve metadata, lineage, and documentation for digital data assets.

Data Literacy & Observability
  • Ensure digital data is discoverable and understandable through the organization's data literacy tools.
  • Develop dashboards, catalogs, and documentation to enhance transparency and usability.

Cross-Functional Collaboration
  • Work closely with engineering, analytics, and product teams to integrate digital data into workflows.
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to prioritize data needs and deliver actionable insights.

Innovation & Enablement
  • Support advanced analytics and AI initiatives by ensuring timely and accurate data availability.
  • Recommend tools, frameworks, and best practices for digital data management and observability.

Qualifications:
  • Experience:
    • 4+ years in data engineering, data product management, or analytics roles.
    • Hands-on experience with digital data platforms, ETL processes, and data governance.
  • Skills:
    • Strong understanding of data architecture, APIs, and integration patterns.
    • Proficiency in SQL, Python, or similar languages for data manipulation.
    • Familiarity with data cataloging and observability tools.
  • Education:
    • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or related field (Master's preferred).

Preferred Attributes:
  • Experience enabling data for AI and advanced analytics.
  • Knowledge of Adobe Analytics, FullStory, or similar digital experience platforms.
  • Strong communication skills to bridge technical and business requirements.

COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS
This position is eligible to earn a base salary in the range of $79,000.00 - $146,000.00 annually. Placement within the pay range may differ based upon various factors, including but not limited to skills, experience and geographic location. Compensation for this role also includes eligibility for incentive compensation subject to individual and company performance.
