The ideal candidate will have strong experience in midstream project management, a solid understanding of CAD drawing reviews, and proficiency in SAP project reporting and supplier management.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead planning, execution, and delivery of midstream capital projects (pipeline, civil, electrical).
  • Manage project scope, schedule, budget, and quality across multiple concurrent initiatives.
  • Review and interpret CAD drawings to ensure design compliance and constructability.
  • Coordinate with internal engineering, operations, and procurement teams.
  • Select and manage contractors and suppliers; oversee bid evaluations and contract negotiations.
  • Monitor project progress and performance using SAP and other reporting tools.
  • Ensure compliance with environmental, safety, and regulatory standards.
  • Facilitate stakeholder communication and reporting across all phases of the project.
  • Support project closeout, including documentation, lessons learned, and asset handover.

Qualifications:
  • 5+ years of experience in project management within the midstream oil & gas sector.
  • Proven track record in pipeline construction, civil infrastructure, and electrical systems.
  • Strong understanding of CAD drawings and ability to collaborate with design teams.
  • Experience with SAP for project tracking, procurement, and reporting.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple contractors and suppliers effectively.
  • PMP or other certifications not required, but strong PM fundamentals are essential.

Preferred Skills:
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams in a matrixed organization.
  • Knowledge of permitting and regulatory processes related to midstream projects.
