Key Responsibilities
- Serve as a senior subject matter expert on enterprise-level data management initiatives.
- Lead the design and implementation of innovative data strategies with significant business impact.
- Consult on the resolution of complex data challenges, providing long-term, scalable solutions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align data strategies with business goals.
- Provide thought leadership in AI data solutioning and advanced analytics.
- Engage with client stakeholders to drive data governance, quality, and architecture improvements.
Required Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in Data Management, Business Analysis, Analytics, or Project Management, demonstrated through work, consulting, military service, or education.
- Proven expertise in AI data solutioning.
- Strong technical skills in:
- SQL
- Python
- Oracle
- Natural Language Processing (NLP)
- Cloud Technologies (e.g., AWS, Google Cloud Platform, Azure)
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in the financial services industry.
- Familiarity with data governance frameworks and regulatory compliance.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
Additional Information
- W2 candidates only. No C2C or CTH arrangements will be considered.
- Hybrid work model: Onsite presence required 3 days per week in Charlotte, NC.
