We are seeking a Senior HRIS Business Analyst with strong hands-on experience in Workday HCM, HR data conversions, and HR system integrations. The role supports a large-scale Workday implementation replacing legacy PeopleSoft HCM. Candidates must be local to Atlanta and able to work onsite on a hybrid schedule.
Responsibilities:
Support Workday HCM implementation, including data migration, data validation, and integration testing.
Troubleshoot and resolve HRIS data issues; identify root causes.
Provide Tier-2 technical support for HRIS users.
Work closely with business SMEs and technical teams to ensure accurate HR data flow across systems.
Required Skills:
8+ years of experience implementing/administering HRIS.
Strong Workday HCM experience (integrations, data conversion, benefits, core HR).
Experience supporting large-scale HR systems integrations.
PeopleSoft HCM
Strong data analysis skills (Excel, SQL, data tools).
Excellent documentation, communication, and requirements traceability skills.
Workday Benefits experience with multiple integration partners.
