Position:Global SAP SuccessFactors Solution Consultant / Analyst
Location: Toronto Remote
Duration: 12 months
Job description & Roles and responsibilities:
Facilitate the rollout and adoption of SAP SuccessFactors as the new HRIS (SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central) to offices around the world
Facilitate discussions with key stakeholders in global Client offices to support engagement activities, localization workshops and adoption of SuccessFactors
Demonstrate leading best practices and deep knowledge of HR processes with technology and business
Act as advisor and subject matter expert on functional requirements and key program decisions to global offices
Participate with client facing and technical delivery teams to ensure the efficient elicitation and implementation of business solution functional requirements and non-functional requirements
Provide leading-practice recommendations on standardized SuccessFactors implementation methodology and deployment activities
Accountable for the timeliness and accuracy of necessary escalations, applicable project metrics and status reporting within a project team and to client stakeholders for your area of responsibility
Manage competing priorities and work through conflict resolutions between requirements and system limitations.
Required:
3+ years experience configuration SAP SuccessFactors
Certification in SuccessFactors Employee Central required (other modules certifications are an asset)
Lead design workshops for requirements gathering and guide project team on SAP best practices
Strong communication, technical and remote collaboration skills
Excellent organization, analytical, planning and leadership skills
Provide support on demonstrations and creation of high quality documentations such as process maps, training materials etc
Ability to work individually and as part of a team to manage full lifecycle implementations
Provide post go-live support where applicable as part of sustainment activities
Experience in dealing with multiple projects and cross-functional teams and ability to coordinate across teams in a large matrix organization environment Strong relationship building and consulting skills
Fosters a climate conducive to establishing positive working relationships with clients and cross functional team members
Knowledge of SAFe methodology
Potential for up to 10% travel
Hands-on experience with full-cycle SF Employee Central implementations - including requirement gathering, configuration, workbook maintenance, testing, deployment and post go-live support
Strong knowledge on SF Data Models, Business Rules, Event Derivation, Workflows, MDF objects, Configuration UI, Time Off Accruals, Period-End processing, Integration Center, Story Reports, and Conversion data loads.
Preferred:
SharePoint and automated QA tools is a plus CMST, CMSQ, CBAP or CCBA certifications
Experience working with SAFe development processes SAFe Scrum master certification
