Responsibilities
- Conduct assessments to evaluate the quality of raw materials and finished products.
- Inspect and confirm incoming materials and products align with specifications.
- Maintain and update inspection files and necessary documentation.
- Analyze statistical data to ensure product quality and reliability.
- Support audits and contribute to developing corrective actions for nonconforming products.
Skills
- High school diploma or GED with at least two years of related quality experience.
- Proficiency in reading engineering prints and using measurement tools like calipers.
- Strong computer skills, particularly in office suite programs.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
Preferred Skills
- Certification as an ASQ Quality Inspector.
- Experience in fast-paced environments and proficiency with using a pallet jack.
- Capability to lift between 25-50 lbs and maintain/calibrate production tools.
