responsibilities:

As a vital member of our Client's Hardware Engineering team, collaborating closely with Firmware Architects, you will:



  • Design and Implement: Lead the creation of hardware for embedded electronic systems, from initial requirements through to production and commercial deployment.
  • Develop & Validate: Test, debug, and seamlessly integrate new product designs, conducting rigorous Design Verification Tests (DVT).
  • Engineer Excellence: Design and develop precise Printed Circuit Boards (PCBs) and other essential electronic components.
  • Collaborate & Optimize: Partner with diverse engineers and developers to craft robust hardware and software interfaces, documenting specifications meticulously.
  • Drive Innovation: Continuously monitor and troubleshoot electronic systems, staying at the forefront of technological advancements to integrate future-forward changes into projects.

qualifications:

What You'll Bring:



  • Foundation: A Bachelor's degree in Electronics, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
  • Experience: Ideally, 3+ years of progressive experience in electronics hardware development and Design Verification testing.


skills:

  • Technical Acumen: Proven expertise in designing and developing PCBs using ECAD, and implementing embedded firmware for microcontrollers (MCU) with C/C++.
  • Connectivity Mastery: Familiarity with vital communication protocols such as Ethernet, Modbus, CAN, or wireless technologies.
  • Diagnostic Skills: Proficient with debugging tools including JTAG, logic analyzers, and oscilloscopes.
  • Agile Collaboration: Experience contributing within an engineering team utilizing Agile methodologies, thriving in a dynamic environment.
