Position: (PLM) Business Analyst

Work Location: Hartford, CT (Hybrid)

Duration: Long Term Contract (W2)

Must have: PLM and Teamcenter Experience.

Responsibilities:

• Eliciting business needs via interviews, workshops, and observations.
• Sprint planning, backlog grooming, and writing user stories.
• Documenting and analyzing business processes (AS IS and TO BE).
• Creating business requirement documents (BRD) functional specs (FSD) and user stories.
• Developing use cases, workflows, process maps, and wireframes.
• Performing gap analysis and impact assessments.
• Supporting UAT and regression testing efforts.

Requirements:

• 6 to 8 years of experience as a Business Analyst, ideally in aerospace or manufacturing environments.
• Familiarity with MES (Manufacturing Execution Systems) and PLM tools.
• Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, ERP systems, and product lifecycle management (PLM).
