Job Details

Experience:

  • 8+ years in IT, with 5+ years in Salesforce.

  • 4 5 full-cycle Salesforce implementations (each 6+ months).

  • 1 2 Health Cloud implementations required.

  • Financial Services Cloud & Healthcare domain experience is a strong plus.

Salesforce Skills:

  • Strong in Sales/Service/Experience Cloud, SFDC objects, configuration, admin.

  • Ability to create:

    • BRD, SRS, Gap Analysis, Use Cases

    • Solution Design / Technical Design Documents

  • Can prototype configurations in SFDC/CHATTER as part of the design.

  • Apex/Visualforce/JavaScript knowledge nice to have.

Functional & Soft Skills:

  • Skilled in requirement gathering and stakeholder management.

  • Excellent communication & analytical skills.

  • Able to lead design sessions and JAD meetings.

  • Comfortable working onsite-offshore, including late/early calls.

  • Proven ability to gain executive-level stakeholder confidence.
