Job Description:
Overview: As an Infrastructure Consultant at Genzeon, you will play a pivotal role in assessing, strategizing, and enhancing our Client s IT infrastructure to ensure compliance with healthcare and payment card industry standards, bolster security measures, and optimize overall performance. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to evaluate current systems, identify areas for improvement, and develop a comprehensive roadmap for future enhancements.

Responsibilities:
1. Infrastructure Assessment:
Conduct thorough evaluations of Client s IT infrastructure across key domains including Networking, Servers, Storage, Virtualization, Cloud Services, and Compliance.
Analyze existing capacities, security measures, and compliance with healthcare and payment processing regulations.
2. Documentation and Reporting:
Develop detailed inventories of IT hardware and software components.
Compile comprehensive lists of operating systems, versions, and patch statuses.
Create IT infrastructure architecture diagrams for visual representation.
Generate Current State Assessment Reports focusing on compliance and security.
Formulate a Future State Roadmap outlining strategic IT upgrades and implementations over a 5-year period.
Provide Strategic Recommendations Reports for targeted improvements across networking, server management, storage, virtualization, and cloud services.
3. Compliance and Security Evaluation:
Assess compliance with HIPAA, PCI, and other regulatory standards.
Conduct a focused review of cloud security measures.
4. Stakeholder Collaboration:
Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to align infrastructure initiatives with organizational goals.
Communicate effectively with stakeholders to gather requirements, present findings, and discuss recommendations.

Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field. Master s degree preferred.
Proven experience (5+ years) in IT infrastructure management, preferably within the healthcare or payment card industry.
In-depth knowledge of networking principles, server technologies, storage solutions, virtualization techniques, and cloud services.
Strong understanding of compliance standards such as HIPAA, PCI, etc., and experience implementing security measures in accordance with these standards.
Proficiency in conducting infrastructure assessments, developing strategic roadmaps, and providing actionable recommendations.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to convey technical information to non-technical stakeholders effectively.
Relevant certifications such as CISSP, CCNA, MCSE, etc., are highly desirable.
Experience with Epic EMR, Cerner Millennium, Infor Cloud for Lawson, Kronos HRM, GE PACS, Microsoft 365, and Azure Cloud Services is a plus.
