Job Details

  1. Exchange Mailbox Migration
  • Assess and analyze existing Exchange environments (2013/2016/2019)
  • Assess the Active Directory environment for exchange migration
  • Should have Mailbox Migration experience though BitTitan Tool
  • Should good experience in migrating the Exchange 2016 mailbox to Office 365 Using BitTitan Migration tool
  • Plan and execute Exchange Online migrations (Cutover, Staged, Hybrid, Cross-Tenant).
  • Set up and troubleshoot Exchange Hybrid Configurations (HCW).
  • Migrate mailboxes, public folders, and distribution lists to Microsoft 365.
  • Configure Exchange Online Protection (EOP), SPF, DKIM, DMARC for email security.
  • Automate migration tasks using PowerShell scripting.

  1. GFI Archiver Email Data Migration
  • Serve as technical lead for exporting and importing email archives via GFI Mail Archiver-managing PSTs, Journal mailboxes, database splits, and store configurations
  • Migration Of GFI Email archive to Office 365
  • Dump the GFI Archive Data to Office 365 using Office 365 PST Import
  • Collaborate with compliance/regulatory teams to ensure audit-ready procedures.

  1. Microsoft Intune Implementation
  • Design and implement Intune for Mobile Device Management (MDM) & Mobile Application Management (MAM).
  • Configure compliance policies, conditional access rules, and endpoint security settings.
  • Deploy applications and security policies to Windows, iOS, Android, and MacOS devices.
  • Set up BitLocker encryption, Defender for Endpoint, and Zero Trust security policies.
  • Automate device provisioning using Autopilot & Configuration Profiles.
  • Deploy and configure windows baseline security Policies
  • Deploy windows baseline and custom configuration

  1. File Share to SharePoint/Teams & OneDrive Migration Specialist
  • Conduct comprehensive assessments: inventory shares, measure size, usage, and permission complexity

Clean up problematic files (naming, path length, security).

  • Pre-configure SharePoint Online sites, Team channels, and OneDrive accounts.
  • Map permissions from NTFS to SharePoint permission levels.
  • Install and manage Migration Manager agents across source systems.
  • Use Microsoft Migration Manager and SPMT (or third-party tools like Sharegate, BitTitan) for lift-and-shift migrations.
  • Ensure metadata, version history, and permissions are preserved

  1. Microsoft 365 Tenant Configuration & Governance
  • Configure Exchange Online, SharePoint, Teams, OneDrive, Entra ID Portal, licensing, and service health monitoring
  • Entra Connect Installation and configuration
  • Synchronize the user and device to office 365
