The Test Automation Engineer III designs, develops, and maintains reusable automated test scripts. This role adheres to current automation strategies and best practices. The Test Automation Engineer III evaluates, reviews, and tests new or modified software programs to verify that programs function according to user requirements and conforms to established guidelines.

This is a remote position, and candidates must live within approximately a 70-mile radius of our office locations in Allen, TX; Lenexa, KS; Springfield, MO; Monett, MO; Birmingham, AL; Louisville, KY; or Charlotte, NC.

All positions, regardless of location, may require an onsite interview or in-person onboarding requirement to verify your identity.

What you'll be responsible for:

Creates and maintains automated scripts. Develops reusable automated scripts from a variety of interfaces.
Prepares automated test plans and test scripts for software corrections and enhancements. May submit test plans and test reports for review and feedback.
Uses automated Quality Assurance systems to facilitate daily activities.
Maintains complex test environments/data to be used with test automation.
Executes, analyzes and reports results of automated scripts in test management tools. Presents reporting of automation progress as requested.
Performs alpha and beta testing; may prepare enhancement test plans used at beta site.
Performs other duties as assigned.

What you'll need to have:

Minimum of 4 years of experience in test automation and/or QA.
Minimum of 4 years of experience in the financial or fintech industry.
Experience with automated testing tools.
Strong written and oral communication skills.

What would be nice for you to have:

Knowledge and/or previous experience with Postman.
Strong knowledge of automated QA systems.
Strong knowledge of performance test systems.
Strong knowledge of software development lifecycle.
Strong knowledge of software testing lifecycle.
Strong problem-solving skills.
