Dynamic 365 System Architect/Developer

IO Datasphere, Inc. has been providing project management, software development and IT staff augmentation services to our clients in the Midwest and throughout the U.S. since 1996. We are an approved vendor on contract to provide software development and IT staff augmentation services for the States of Illinois, Michigan, Minnesota, Iowa, and Wisconsin. We also provide these services to businesses, as well as local and county governments, in the Midwest and nationwide.

Our client is looking for a Dynamic 365 System Architect/Developer. This employee provides application development/integration services to the client.

Tasks

• Responsible for the design, maintenance, development, and enhancement of the agency applications.
• Project assignments and activity will be executed within the framework of the System Engineering Methodology (SEM).
• These assignments will provide for the development, testing and deployment of application releases, updates and modifications within a client/server and web server environment.
• Responsible for providing advanced technical support for Dynamics 365 Platform.
• Perform and lead the team with project tasks, including but not limited to, gathering requirements, planning, analyzing, designing, testing, implementation, documentation and the maintenance of Dynamics 365 and Power Platform Implementations.
• Identification of risks and issues from a technical perspective.

• Ability to prepare detailed written instructions and documentation.
• Ability to effectively make oral and written reports and presentations and prepare clear and concise documentation.
• An ability to resolve complex problems in a timely manner and seeks optimum solutions.
• Ability to communicate technical terminology at a level appropriate to the audience.
• Ability to troubleshoot application issues under pressure.

NOTE: Local candidates only (must be located within 1.5-2 hours of Lansing, MI). No relocation allowed. Resource will be working a hybrid schedule. NO REMOTE ONLY OPTION. Will need to be onsite from day 1, two days a week. Candidate must be available to come on-site for an In-Person interview.

• 5+ years - Experience with Infrastructure/Network and Application Support
• 5+ years - Extensive experience with MS Dynamics
• 5+ years - Expereince with MS Azure, and Application Support
• 5+ years - Experience with Azure DevOps
• 3+ years - Database Architecture Experience
• 5+ years - Technical Customer Service Analyst experience
• 5+ years - Working experience with Power Platform Implementations
• 5+ years - Architect Experience
• 3+ years - Power Platform Solutions, particularly Power Automate and Power Pages
• Experience with the design and documentation of technical architecture solutions that span multiple platforms and include integration and authentication across systems
• Experience with CICD/Release Management - Define, communicate, and manage technical change management (e.g., release) processes for all Dynamics 365 related technology efforts
• Experience with Microsoft Project, Excel, and PowerPoint
• Experience with Azure Communications
• Experience with API s
