Job Details

Title: Salesforce Developer

Location : Lansing, MI

Description: Key Responsibilities:

Design, develop, and deploy Salesforce applications using Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Salesforce APIs.
Configure and customize Salesforce solutions to meet project requirements and federal standards.
Collaborate with project managers, system analysts, and other stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
Perform data modeling, integration, and migration tasks across various Salesforce environments.
Maintain and optimize existing Salesforce solutions, ensuring security compliance and performance standards.
Develop and maintain documentation for custom solutions and system configurations.
Support testing, troubleshooting, and user training efforts as needed.

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
3+ years of hands-on Salesforce development experience.
Proficiency in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning (Aura and LWC), SOQL, and Salesforce APIs.
Familiarity with Salesforce configuration, including workflows, process builder, flows, and security controls.
Experience integrating Salesforce with third-party applications and data sources.
Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies and DevOps practices.
Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

Salesforce Platform Developer I and/or II certification.
Experience supporting federal government or public sector clients.
Knowledge of FedRAMP, FISMA, or other federal compliance frameworks.
Familiarity with tools like Jira, Git, Copado, or Salesforce DX.


Position is based in Lansing, Michigan
On-site attendance will be required for meetings, deployments, or security briefings.
