SAP SuccessFactors Onboarding & RCM Expert Functional Job Requirements

  1. Education & Certifications
  • Bachelor s or Master s degree in HR, Business Administration, IT, or related field.
  • SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting (RCM) and Onboarding certifications (mandatory).
  • Additional certifications in Performance & Goals (PMGM), Employee Central (EC), or SAP HCM are a plus.
  1. Experience
  • 4-6+ years of hands-on experience in SuccessFactors Recruiting (RCM) & Onboarding, including 2-3 full lifecycle implementations.
  • Strong expertise in end-to-end recruitment processes:
    • Job Requisitions, Candidate Management, Interview Scheduling, Offer Approvals.
    • AI-based candidate matching (if using SAP SuccessFactors HXM Suite).
  • Experience in Onboarding 2.0 (including workflows, task automation, and integrations with IT/HR systems).
  • Knowledge of global recruiting compliance (EEO, GDPR, OFCCP for U.S. govt contractors).
  1. Technical & Functional Skills
  • Recruiting (RCM) Configuration:
    • Career Site Builder, Job Postings, Requisition Management, Candidate Tracking.
    • Advanced Analytics (Recruiting Reports, Candidate Pipeline Dashboards).
    • Integration with LinkedIn, Indeed, and background check providers.
  • Onboarding Configuration:
    • Onboarding Workflows, Task Templates, Digital Forms (eSignatures).
    • Pre-boarding & New Hire Portals.
    • Integration with I-9/E-Verify (for U.S. compliance).
  • Integration & Data Flow:
    • SuccessFactors to Employee Central (EC) data sync.
    • CPI/Dell Boomi for third-party integrations (e.g., payroll, IT provisioning).
  1. Soft Skills & Additional Requirements
  • Strong consulting & stakeholder management skills (HR, Hiring Managers, IT).
  • Ability to optimize recruitment processes (e.g., reducing time-to-hire).
  • Experience with change management & end-user training.
  • Agile/Activate methodology knowledge is a plus.
  1. Preferred (Nice-to-Have) Skills
  • Experience with SAP SuccessFactors Analytics (People Analytics, ORD).
  • Knowledge of Candidate Relationship Management (CRM) tools.
  • Familiarity with SAP Fieldglass (for contingent workforce hiring).

Key Responsibilities (Typical for This Role)

Configure & optimize RCM & Onboarding modules.
Integrate with ATS, background checks, and HRIS systems.
Ensure compliance with labor laws (e.g., GDPR, OFCCP).
Support data migration from legacy recruitment systems.
Train HR teams & hiring managers on self-service features.
