Job Description

We are looking for a product manager for our electrical failure analysis business. In this role, you will make a positive impact to the growth of the business while enriching your understanding of the products, technologies and customers. We will provide the resources you will need to learn and lead a portfolio of products. The ideal candidate will be a quick-learner, and have a vision to advance their career in marketing.

Specific responsibilities include:

  • Participate in product initiatives, giving insights and recommendations based on market analysis, customer feedback, and technical expertise, and assisting in the development of cases and product roadmaps.
  • Assist in the preparation of quotes for products by collecting and analyzing relevant data, including cost estimates, market trends, and customer requirements.
  • Resolve details, scope, pricing, costs, schedule, and terms for proposals, specific developments, and requests for quotations/proposals (RFQs/RFPs); validate and sanction the final proposals crafted by the sales team prior to their delivery to clients.
  • Work closely with sales, engineering, manufacturing, and procurement teams to ensure alignment of product development and commercialization efforts with goals and requirements.
  • Lead the entire product lifecycle, from conception to end-of-life, including product planning, development, launch, and ongoing support.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation, including product specifications, technical manuals, and sales support materials, and provide regular reports on product performance, market and competitive landscape.
  • Coordinate with the Operations team to assign production slots and supervise quarterly product revenue.


How you will get here:

Education

  • Bachelor's Degree (B.S./ B.A.) from a four-year college or university or higher degree with meaningful work experience or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Master's Degree (M.S./ M.B.A) in a science or business-related field preferred


Experience

  • Minimum 3 years' experience (or equivalent) in semiconductor capital equipment industry
  • Experience in product management, finance, marketing.


Knowledge, Skills, Abilities

  • Strong interpersonal, oral and written communication, and presentation abilities.
  • Independently motivated to meet deadlines and handle project timelines.
  • Works on shared projects with other functions such as engineering, operations, marketing and customers.
  • Diligent and organized.

Compensation and Benefits

The salary range estimated for this position based in California is $100,000.00-$133,000.00.
