Job Details

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has a client in Mountain View, CA that is seeking a UX/UI Designer II responsible for the design and implementation of all the experiences a user has when interacting with a digital tool, such as a website. The UI/UX Designer will work closely with other staff members to ensure seamless design and the successful implementation of UI/UX best practices and principles across all digital platforms.

Responsibilities:
* Investigating user experience design requirements
* Producing high quality UX design solutions through wireframes, visual and graphic designs, flow diagrams, storyboards, site maps, and prototypes
* Designing UI elements and tools such as navigation menus, search boxes, tabs, and widgets for digital assets
* Testing UI elements such as CTAs, banners, page layouts, page designs, page flows, and target links for landing pages
* Providing advice and guidance on the implementation of UX research methodologies and testing activities in order to analyze and predict user behavior
* Adhering to style standards on typography and graphic design

REQUIREMENTS:
* Technical degree preferred
* Working knowledge of design-related technologies and software: Sketch, InVision, Visio, HTML, CSS (SCSS), iOS, Android, Design Systems and Adobe Creative Suite

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.

Note: Pay is not considered compensation until it is earned, vested and determinable. The amount and availability of any compensation remains in Kforce's sole discretion unless and until paid and may be modified in its discretion consistent with the law.
