Everest is seeking a visionary Solutions Architect to lead the global adoption of our Guidewire cloud platform and drive innovation across our specialized insurance products. This is a high-impact role at the intersection of enterprise strategy, cloud transformation, and platform modernization-perfect for a strategic thinker who thrives in complex, fast-evolving environments.

The base salary range for this position is $173,000 - $237,000 annually. The offered rate of compensation will be based on individual education, experience, qualifications and work location. All offers include access to a variety of benefits to employees, including health insurance coverage, an employee wellness program, life and disability insurance, 401k match, retirement savings plan, paid holidays and paid time off (PTO).

Key Responsibilities:
- Global Platform Strategy: Own the rollout and evolution of the Guidewire cloud platform across Everest's insurance ecosystem
- Roadmap Development: Build and maintain a long-term platform roadmap aligned with business goals and Guidewire's product evolution
- Portfolio Oversight: Evaluate and guide application selection to ensure optimal platform fit and performance
- Modernization & Innovation: Lead efforts to adopt new technical capabilities, drive standardization, and scale solutions globally
- Architecture Excellence: Ensure solution designs meet best practices, integration standards, and enterprise architecture principles
- Team Enablement: Mentor delivery teams and architects, lead technical workshops, and foster a culture of continuous learning
- Cloud Readiness: Assess and support transformation initiatives to ensure seamless migration and adoption of cloud-native capabilities
- Tooling & Governance: Track software versions, manage open-source and third-party tools, and maintain architecture documentation
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or related field
- 10+ years in software development, with 3+ years in architecture roles
- 3+ years of hands-on experience with Guidewire, including cloud platform implementations
- Familiarity with Commercial Lines (Auto, Workers' Comp, Liability) is a plus
- Expertise in designing scalable, resilient cloud applications
- Strong understanding of cloud security, compliance, and networking
- Preferred certifications: Guidewire Cloud, Azure/AWS/Google Cloud Platform Architecture
- Experience with data migration, analytics, and insurance data models
