We are seeking an Outside Sales Lead in Houston, TX to join our diverse team.



Schedule: Monday-Friday | 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Compensation: Base Salary + Commission | Insurance Stipend Available

Up to $135,000 max with commission



Key Responsibilities:


  • Manage a team of Outside Sales reps and grow an established book of lighting industry clients

  • Generate new orders while strengthening client relationships

  • Travel locally and regionally as needed to visit clients (company vehicle provided for in-town use)

  • Represent the company in a professional, polished manner at all times

  • Maintain accurate records of sales activity, customer communications, and pipeline status

  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure order accuracy and client satisfaction

  • Stay informed on industry trends, product knowledge, and competitive landscape


Qualifications:


  • 2+ years of sales experience in the lighting industry distribution and manufacturing

  • 2+ years of leading Sales department (manager or lead)

  • Strong business acumen and understanding of B2B sales cycles

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

  • Self-starter, go-getter, hustler mentality with a high level of personal drive

  • Professional appearance and demeanor

  • Willingness to travel as needed; reliable transportation required

  • Comfortable working independently while contributing to a growing team
