Job Summary:
A dynamic and client-facing Technical Manager with strong communication, solutioning, and coordination skills. The ideal candidate will act as a bridge between the client and offshore development teams, ensuring alignment of technical requirements, workflows, and solution design. This role is based in the East Coast region and will involve regular interaction with client stakeholders, solution architects, and engineering teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as the primary technical liaison with the client to gather, analyze, and validate requirements.
- Lead and participate in client discussions to understand business needs and translate them into actionable technical inputs.
- Identify and propose alternative technical solutions or process optimizations as appropriate.
- Create high-level functional documentation, workflows, and mockups using tools like , Lucidchart, or similar to communicate ideas clearly.
- Collaborate closely with Solution Architects to articulate client discussions, document key decisions, and summarize requirements effectively.
- Coordinate with offshore teams to convey detailed technical instructions and ensure development is aligned with client expectations.
- Collect and consolidate questions, issues, and clarifications raised by offshore teams and follow up with client stakeholders for resolution.
- Support project tracking and status reporting from a delivery standpoint.
Required Skills & Experience:
- 8+ years of experience in IT with at least 3 years in a client-facing technical or managerial role.
- Strong understanding of software development processes and solution design principles.
- Proven ability to translate business requirements into technical documentation and mockups.
- Experience with tools like , Figma, Lucidchart, Jira, Confluence.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and interpersonal skills.
- Experience working in a distributed team environment with offshore/onshore coordination.
- Solid understanding of web application development practices and technologies.
- Experience with React.jsfor frontend user interface development.
- Experience with .NET Core and C# for backend and microservices architecture.
- Strong knowledge of SQL Serverand ability to write/understand complex queries and data structures.
- Understanding of microservices design, API integrations, and distributed systems.
- Familiarity with data ingestion pipelines, ETL processes, and working with structured/unstructured data.
- Awareness of data analytics, reporting platforms, and integration of insights into user workflows.
- Background in healthcare, analytics, or AI/ML-based solutions is a plus.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor s or Master s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Familiarity with HIPAA, HITECH, or other compliance-driven environments is desirable.
- Prior experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
