Location: Dallas, TX (Hybrid 3 days onsite required)

Overview
We are hiring a Product Manager to lead a large-scale AI and automation initiative. You will translate financial processes into requirements, manage pods of engineers, and deliver measurable business outcomes through automation.
Responsibilities
- Document financial processes and translate them into technical requirements.
- Collaborate with back-office stakeholders and engineering teams for alignment.
- Manage multiple concurrent pods and prioritize deliverables.
- Drive delivery of 40 50 automated processes within 12 18 months.
- Gather business feedback on AI agents, prompts, and workflows.
- Communicate project status, risks, and opportunities to stakeholders.
Qualifications
- Proven Product Management experience in AI, automation, or financial systems.
- Strong process mapping, requirements gathering, and documentation skills.
- Familiarity with low-code/no-code platforms (AppSheet, Dialogflow, etc.).
- Experience managing cross-functional engineering pods.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
