(QA Engineer Automated) Test Analyst-ERP QA Location: Austin, Texas - ONSITE, LOCAL CANDIDATES ONLY!

General Description:
Performs highly advanced testing and analysis of ERS production systems and applications.
Responsible for the development, validation, execution and documentation of test plans and test
scripts, including unit testing, comparison testing, regression testing, integration testing, and
performance testing. Works closely with Business Analysts, Production Control and Operations, and
Development throughout the design and execution of test plans. Works under the general
supervision of the Quality Assurance Manager of Information Systems with moderate latitude for use
of initiative and independent judgment.

Education & Training
Category Requirements
Education & Training Graduation from an accredited four-year college or university.
Each year of related experience may substitute for one year (30 semester hours) of required college credit.

Experience
7 years experience in progressively demanding QA processes and techniques across the full software lifecycle (implementing, upgrading, maintaining).
5 years experience testing PeopleSoft Pension, Benefits Administration, and Financials.
4 years experience testing SharePoint/K2.
4 years experience testing .NET.
4 years experience in functionality testing using QTP/UFT.
3 years experience using SQL to create queries.
Proficient in VBScript.
Understanding of Information Security and Artificial Intelligence concepts.
Experience with Microsoft Office products.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
