We are seeking a Lead Information Security Analyst in Cyber Security as part of Identity Access Management (IAM).
The Identity and Access Management (IAM) Governance and Policy Adherence team is responsible for the management of IAM policy and policy adherence monitoring, inclusive of customer security. This role is focused on IAM policy adherence monitoring automation and supporting complex automation initiatives from both a strategic and technical perspective. This position will serve as an IAM SME and interface with other technical SMEs and executives to expand and enhance automated IAM policy monitoring capabilities including Artificial Intelligence (AI). The role will partner with the IAM policy team to enhance IAM policy to improve clarity and enforceability via automation. This role requires a strong understanding of the technical aspects of IAM solutions, tools, and practices, and policy adherence monitoring.

In this role, you will:
- Provide advanced information security consultation for all aspects of Identify and Access Management (IAM) policy compliance and monitoring automation
- Provide technical direction and oversight of the IAM policy adherence monitoring and automation
- Evaluate and consult with the IAM Policy stakeholders to drive alignment with financial service industry standards and security best practices and ensure policy is practical and enforceable via automation
- Influence stakeholders on net new or material changes to policy adherence monitoring to influence decisions
- Evaluate technical aspects of IAM solutions, tools, and practices to establish automated policy adherence capabilities and reporting
- Ensure IAM capabilities are included appropriately in the companys technology architecture to support automated adherence and monitoring
- Engage with many levels of professionals and managers, including executives, companywide and serve as an advisor to senior leadership
- Stay current with emerging IAM technologies and trends (e.g. cloud IAM, Passwordless authentication, DevSecOps) and incorporate them within IAM policy monitoring capabilities
- Identify and apply Artificial Intelligence (AI) use cases and capabilities to achieve adherence monitoring at scale and speed
Required Qualifications, US:
- 5+ years of Information Security Analysis experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
- 3+ years of experience in Identity and Access Management
Desired Qualifications:
- Experience with policy adherence automation including Artificial Intelligence (AI) or Machine Learning (ML)
- Strong Subject Matter Expertise (SME) experience with IAM principles, technologies, solutions, industry standards and best practices
- Experience with IAM tools and technologies (e.g., Okta, Azure Entra, PAM, IGA, MFA )
- Experience with cloud IAM platforms and related technologies (e.g., Azure, Azure Entra, Google Cloud Platform)
- Experience with DevSecOps practices and integration
- Experience with Policy-as-Code Tools (e.g. Terraform, Azure Resource Manager, Chef, Puppet, Ansible)
- Knowledge of emerging IAM technologies, such as decentralized identity, blockchain-based identity, and passwordless authentication
- Experience in the financial services industry
- Strong understanding with security controls and risk management
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Relevant certifications (e.g., CISSP, CCSP)
