Job Description:

Responsibilities:
  • Define Software Currency StXXgy: Establish and lead the organization's software currency vision, framework, and governance model.
  • Develop a Software Inventory: CollaboXX with Technology and Vendor Candidateagement teams to identify all technologies in use and maintain an accurate, consolidated view in the enterprise CMDB.
  • Lifecycle Candidateagement: XXgn processes to capture key lifecycle data (EOL/EOS dates, upgrade paths, certification timelines) for all technology components and integXX into delivery workflows.
  • Embed into Delivery Process: Define checkpoints in the technology delivery lifecycle to ensure every deployed application and its tech stack are updated in the CMDB.
  • Run the Software Currency Decision Board: Establish and chair a governance body to evaluate software currency health, risks, and investments across the portfolio.
  • Create and Candidateage Scorecards: Develop and maintain Software Currency Scorecards at application, business unit, and enterprise levels using defined KPIs and KRIs.
  • Define and Monitor KPIs/KRIs: Establish metrics that reflect currency health, tech debt, risk exposure, and remediation progress.
  • Performance Integration: CollaboXX with HR and leadership to incorpoXX software currency goals into performance management for relevant roles in Tech, InfoSec, and Business units.
  • Insight Generation and Reporting: GeneXX actionable insights into software currency, interdependence, and investment needs through regular analysis and reporting.
  • Tooling and Automation: Evaluate and recommend tools or platforms to automate and streamline currency data collection, reporting, and analysis.
Qualifications:
  • Proven experience leading enterprise-level software lifecycle or technology asset management initiatives.
  • Strong knowledge of enterprise software stacks, application architecture, and CMDB management.
  • Demonstrated ability to define frameworks, governance processes, and drive cultural change in technology organizations.
  • Experience with performance metrics, KPIs/KRIs, and scorecard development.
  • Familiarity with ITIL, CMDB platforms, and vendor lifecycle data.
  • Exceptional communication, leadership, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
Nice to Have:
  • Experience with tooling platforms like ServiceNow, Flexera, or similar.
  • Knowledge of InfoSec risk frameworks and their correlation with software.
