Must-Have Skills:
- 3+ years of hands-on experience in ads measurement (within platforms, agencies, advertisers, or research firms).
- Proficiency in tools such as SQL, R, SPSS/STATA, Tableau, and knowledge of third-party measurement providers (Kantar, Foursquare, iSpot, etc.).
- Strong understanding of attribution models, market mix modeling, brand/conversion lift, and the digital advertising ecosystem.
- Bachelor's degree in a quantitative or business field.
Nice to Have Skills:
- Advanced degree in business, statistics, economics, or a related field.
- Experience in client/partner relationship management and team leadership.
