Description

We are seeking a detail-focused Account/Project Manager to join our team, based in New York, New York. In this role, you will be collaborating closely with both internal teams and clients to manage multiple creative projects simultaneously. Your responsibilities will include understanding project requests, defining objectives, managing resources, and developing clear project plans. You will also be expected to build strong working relationships with team members and clients, while ensuring all projects are delivered on time and within budget.

Responsibilities:
Collaborate with client teams to understand project requests, gather requirements, define objectives, deliverables, and plan resources.
Develop clear and detailed project briefs for the Creative team, answering any questions and providing clear direction.
Manage day-to-day challenges, communicate effectively in difficult situations, and know when to escalate issues.
Ensure all projects are delivered without errors, on time or early, within budget, and meet or exceed creative objectives and expectations.
Maintain ownership of quality assurance processes and methodologies.
Foster positive team environments and motivate team members.
Serve as the day-to-day contact for all project-related tasks and proactively manage client expectations throughout a project.
Build strong working relationships with internal and client team members, establishing a role as a trusted resource and advisor.
Contribute to internal work by supporting innovation and pursuing opportunities that go beyond the minimum solution.
Manage multiple creative projects simultaneously, using analytical, innovative, and quick thinking to deliver major projects on time and within budget.
Ensure the Creative team delivers high-quality and cost-effective deliverables while upholding the client's brand standards and acting as a brand steward.
Oversee third-party relationships, including Print, Media, Photography, Video, and manage ongoing vendor relationships.
Demonstrate sound critical thinking skills and maintain composure in stressful situations.

Requirements

Proficiency in budget processes, with a keen understanding of financial planning and forecasting
Excellent communication skills, capable of liaising effectively with team members, clients, and stakeholders
Formal project management experience, with a demonstrated ability to lead and manage multiple projects simultaneously
Strong account management skills, including experience in client retention and growth strategies
Knowledge of the commercial real estate industry, preferably with hands-on experience
Familiarity with graphic design, with the ability to guide creative teams and understand design concepts
