BCforward is currently seeking a highly motivated Senior Project Manager (Fleet Transportation) for an opportunity at Eagan, MN Location!

Position Title: Senior Project Manager (Fleet Transportation)

Location: Eagan, MN

Anticipated Start Date: 10/6/2025

Expected Duration: 6+ months

Job Type: Full Time (>=40 HRS WEEKLY) - CONTRACT - Hybrid

Pay Range: $85/hr to $90/hr

Please note that actual compensation may vary within this range due to factors such as location, experience, and job responsibilities, and does not encompass additional non-standard compensation (e.g., benefits, paid time off, per diem, etc.).

Key responsibilities:

• Collaborate with business leaders to develop project plans: understanding key initiative milestones, interdependence across various initiatives and the related enterprise or external communications required


• Maintain organizational standards of satisfaction, quality, and performance


• Work closely with project sponsors, cross-functional teams, and other assigned project managers to develop the scope, deliverables, required resources, work plan, budget, and timing for initiatives


• Manage project teams, ensuring program goals are reached


• Accountable for delivering against established business goals/objectives


• Work with other program/project managers to identify interdependencies, dependencies, risks, and opportunities across projects


• Analyze, evaluate, and overcome program risks, and produce status reports for managers and stakeholders

Required Skills & Experience:

• A minimum of 5-7 years of progressive experience supporting and managing large-scale projects and programs


• A bachelor's or master's degree in business or a related field

Nice to Have:

• Project Management Certification in PMI or other methodologies, Change Management certification in Prosci or other, and Lean Six Sigma certification and/or experience are highly desirable


• Advanced knowledge in using Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Project


• Excellent oral and written communication skills


• Other important skills include public speaking, facilitation, problem-solving and analytical skills, multi-tasking, organization, leadership, and time management
